Reciprocating High & Low Pressure Air Compressor

Reciprocating air compressors use piston-cylinder arrangements to compress air. Low-pressure models are suitable for general workshop use, while high-pressure types are used in industries like PET bottling, testing labs, and power plants. They are reliable, durable, and ideal for intermittent air supply needs.

Working Principle:

Air Intake: Atmospheric air enters the cylinder.

Compression: The piston moves down and then up, compressing the air.

Delivery: Compressed air is pushed into the receiver tank.

Multi-stage Compression (if applicable): High-pressure models compress the air in multiple stages with intercooling.

Advantages:

High pressure output (up to 30 bar or more)

Suitable for intermittent and continuous duty cycles

Durable and easy to maintain

Can handle a wide range of applications

Applications:

Automobile workshops and service stations

Paint spraying and sandblasting

Industrial pneumatic tools

Textile and packaging industries

Small- to mid-scale manufacturing units
